Bespoke Acrylic Award – Summer Crit Series 2021

Bespoke Acrylic Award – Summer Crit Series 2021

Due to our broad range of experience, we are often asked to create bespoke designs for various projects. Such as this Bespoke Acrylic Award, for the Summer DECA Community Crits Series 2021.

For this award, the block was created from 20mm thick clear acrylic. This was hand finished to create a smooth edge, then printed in house. UV printing allows us to print directly onto the material. This can be a huge benefit for projects which require branding to be added. UV printing also protects the design, curing the ink as it goes along. This is great for awards where multiple people may have their hands on it. The final award is simple and modern, showing the race sponsors and track outline, with bold and accurate branding colours.

Finally, we can create bespoke one-off designs such as this one, or a full rollout of a design. Due to our experience and expertise across a range of sectors. We apply the same meticulous attention to detail and care.

However complex or demanding a design, we are always flexible enough to manage a project through to completion. Therefore allowing us to both reproduce your designs or assist you in the brief. Whether it be a prototype or a production run. Meaning every item receives the same meticulous attention because ultimately, the quality reflects in the end product we offer.

In addition to fabrication and manufacturing services, Ino-Plaz also have an in-house design team. This allows for full control over the design and makes the process easier as both the designer and fabricator are in one place.

The dedicated Graphic Design and CAD specialists use software to create designs and 3D renders of products and ideas. Using this Computer Aided Design improves the quality of the design and creates a database for manufacturing. As well as showing a more realistic 3D representation of the final design.
