We worked on creating two counter display units for Wold Top Brewery. Providing them with new, interesting ways to display their products. See below how we created a single bottle display and an interchangable CDU.
Award Winning Beer Display
Wold Top Brewery pride theirselves on their award winning beers and creating great tasting, sustainable beers. We wanted to create a unit that will emphasise this and give the winning brew pride of place.
With this idea in mind, we created a gold mirror and ivory stand for their 2019 National Beer Award. Our CAD specialists measured the bottle to ensure that the product sat perfectly in the stand. From this, we created a bent ivory base with a gold halo ring. Both the ring and the stand were UV Printed with the Wold Top logo and the name of the award.
These product display unit are great displays for Wold Top to use for their range of awards. Whether for a social media post or to display where their products are sold.
interchangeable COUNTER DISPLAY UNIT
In addition to the single bottle display, we also created an interchangeable product display unit. These interchangeable units are a great displays for companies with variations of products. For example Wold Top have a huge range of seasonal and themed beers. This display is designed to hold one bottle at a time and show the branding for that beer. Each beer has its own interchangeable artwork, which slides in between the ivory cut out and the back panel. On this, information about the beer’s awards, flavour and alcohol units can be found. This way a variety of products can be displayed using the same unit.
For this unit, we used high quality 3mm Perspex acrylic. Using our CAD software to lay out the perfect area for the bottle to sit and where the graphics would be changed. Our graphic design team used Wold Top’s branding to create a consistent theme and printed this using our UV Flatbed printer. Finally, the full unit was then glued together and tested with a few different bottles to ensure the graphics sit right.
In addition to fabrication and manufacturing services, Ino-Plaz also have an in-house design team. This allows for full control over the design and makes the process easier as both the designer and fabricator are in one place. The dedicated Graphic Design and CAD specialists use software to create designs and 3D renders of products and ideas. Using this Computer Aided Design improves the quality of the design and creates a database for manufacturing. As well as showing a more realistic 3D representation of the final design.
